PayRank is an independent project operated by Niigel. Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every transaction. Questions about anything below: support@niigel.com.
PayRank is a public leaderboard. Listings are ranked solely by their cumulative bid total — there is no recommendation algorithm and no paid editorial placement.
A bid is a payment that adds its amount to a listing's running total. Placing a bid does not guarantee any specific rank; it only guarantees that the amount is added to that listing's total. Your position can be overtaken at any time when others bid.
All bids are final. They do not expire and are not refunded except as described in the Refund Policy below.
Only submit a URL or social handle that you own or are authorised to promote. Content that breaks the Rules (adult, gambling, scams, pure referral links, impersonation, or anything unlawful) may be removed at any time without refund.
The site is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uptime, availability, or continued operation.
Payments, invoicing, and tax are handled by Polar (polar.sh) as Merchant of Record. Polar's own terms apply to the payment itself.
These terms may change. The current version always lives at this page.
What we store: an anonymous visitor ID (cookie) used only to count "online now" and first-time visits; your theme and language choices (cookies); and, for each listing, its URL or handle, category, and the public name and avatar automatically fetched from that URL or profile.
We do not receive or store your name, email, or card details. Everything entered during checkout goes directly to Polar. See Polar's privacy policy for how payment data is handled.
Analytics: we use DataFast, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not set cross-site tracking cookies and does not build advertising profiles.
Cookies used: visitor_id, theme, locale — all first-party. This site sets no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone other than the payment and analytics processors named above.
To ask a privacy question or request deletion of a listing you submitted, email support@niigel.com.
Bids are non-refundable. A bid buys immediate placement and display on a live leaderboard, so the service is delivered as soon as the payment clears.
We will consider a refund, at our discretion, for a duplicate or accidental charge, or if the site is unavailable for an extended period immediately after your payment.
To request a refund, email support@niigel.com within 14 days of the charge and include your Polar receipt. Approved refunds are issued through Polar to your original payment method.
Removing a listing because it broke the Rules does not entitle the bidder to a refund.
